This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 (hereinafter GDPR) and the provisions of Law 78-17 and its amendments and L.2004-801 and Ordinance 2011-1012 and is also based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies. The processing is carried out both manually and, mainly, electronically for the sole purpose of processing and in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and security of the data collected, as required by the regulations in force.  In relation to your personal data, you may exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 13 (data collected from the data subject) and 14 (data not collected from the data subject) of (GDPR) 679/2016, such as modification, deletion, rectification and anything else provided for by the regulation by contacting the data controller directly: Les Quattro A Sas in Mageve, The establishment collects data independently (when receiving guests). 


The legal basis that applies to the processing of data is the consent of the person concerned, which is requested from time to time and is separate from the consent obtained when registering with the hotel.


Each section described below allows for the collection of data for the specific purpose: failure to complete the fields marked as mandatory (highlighted with an asterisk) will correspond to a failure to provide the data and will therefore prevent the service requested from being provided.

Your personal data subject to the provision of the multiple hospitality services at our facilities will be collected by Les QUATTRO A and its technical partners, will be recorded and processed on paper and/or by electronic means and may be stored in special databases and will not be used for any other purpose other than the compulsory ones provided for by current Public Safety regulations;

  • *** ‘Reservation‘ page – the profile of users requesting information via the ‘Reservation’ page will be used by Les Quattro A Sas for the exclusive purpose of hotel hospitality operations;
  • *** ‘Contact‘ page – the profile of users requesting information via the ‘Contact’ page will be used for communication purposes relating to the individual request obtained by Les Quattro A Sas;

Users’ data will only be kept for the time strictly necessary and in any case for no longer than 10 years.

Your data will not be “disseminated”, nor will it be published or disclosed to third parties, either in Italy, within the European Union or outside the EU, while it may be made known to the staff of Les Quattro A Sas who have received the appropriate training and to its technical partners, sealed by compliance with the GDPR as appointed and listed under External Data Processors.   

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site will not result in the acquisition of the sender’s address and any personal information entered therein. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user and will not be collected and stored, releasing the site owner from any liability for any inaccuracies.

In the event that consent is revoked or in the event that the user objects to processing, the user’s data will be deleted.

In the event of a change in the data stored, it shall be the user’s responsibility to request an update by sending an email to Les Quattro A undertakes not to use personal data reported as inaccurate until the inaccuracy has been rectified.       

The data of persons browsing the Site or registering through forms on the Site will be processed lawfully and used exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information notice, pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR.

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Navigation of the Site, in relation to the possibility of detecting user data necessary at a technical level and in-depth analysis of the holder’s activities and events and initiatives;
  • To respond to requests for information or further details received by filling in the contact forms or otherwise present on the site, also with reference to requests for authentication;
  • To fulfil legal obligations.

Freedom to grant consent, consequences of refusal, duration of data retention.  

  • Contact – the provision of your data is optional. However, if you refuse to give your consent for the purposes stated, we will be unable to provide you with an answer. The data received will be kept for 6 months.
  • Cookies – the collection of data in aggregate mode is automatic and linked to navigation on the pages of the site. If you do not want this to happen, you must stop browsing the site or you can proceed to change the configuration and options available through indications on the page.

Since it is a website, the website also makes use of computer systems and log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored and whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols.  The information collected may be IP addresses (internet protocol address), the type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the site, the ISP (internet service provider) name, the date and time of the user’s connection, the web page from which the user came, and the number of clicks, if any. This information is used purely for statistical purposes and in an anonymous and automated form. The data may be used to ascertain possible liability in the event of offences or crimes committed against the site.
